Accessibility
A considered approach to a more accessible website.
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Our approach
We aim to make this website usable by people with different abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. The design is guided by WCAG 2.2 AA principles. This is an ongoing effort rather than a claim of certified conformance.
Accessibility features
The site includes semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled form controls, descriptive image alternatives, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. Frequently asked questions use native keyboard-accessible disclosure controls.
Using the website
You can navigate links and controls with a keyboard, enlarge text with your browser, and use the mobile navigation at narrow widths. Form validation identifies required information, and delivery feedback is announced through a status region when JavaScript is enabled.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email business@novumsourcing.com with the page URL, a description of the issue, and your preferred way to receive the information. Include your browser or assistive technology if helpful. Do not include sensitive medical information.
Ongoing review
We plan to review keyboard navigation, responsive layouts, color contrast, and assistive-technology behavior as the website evolves. A formal accessibility audit has not been completed.
